They fail because they don’t change behavior

I work on campaigns where the challenge isn’t getting attention,  but getting people to actually change what they use.

In many industries, especially construction and technical products, the challenge isn’t awareness.
People already know the product exists.

The real challenge is something else:

  • Habit
  • Risk perception
  • Workflow disruption
  • And who actually has the authority to decide
  • And in many cases, the person using the product isn’t the one making the decision.
 

I’ve worked on campaigns where a product is objectively better,  but still rejected, simply because changing it would disrupt how people work.

That’s where most campaigns fail.

Not because of poor execution, but because they don’t address how decisions actually happen.

HOW I APPROACH CAMPAIGNS

I don’t start with content.
I start with behavior.

I map how decisions actually happen in the real world, not just who uses the product, but who influences it and who can override it.

From there, I design campaigns that align with how decisions are really made, not how we assume they are made.

Instead of relying on assumptions or trends, I focus on:

  • Real audience behavior
  • Field insights
  • Campaign data

And use them to build strategies that are structured, measurable, and adaptable.

WHAT I DO IN PRACTICE

My work spans across:

  • Designing campaign strategy based on real behavior
  • Translating strategy into content and execution
  • Connecting online campaigns with offline action
  • Using data to refine and improve results

 

But more importantly, I connect all of these into one system that leads to actual results, not just activity

A NOTE ON HOW I WORK

I use tools including AI, to move faster: to research, test ideas, and iterate more efficiently.

 

But tools are not the advantage. Understanding behavior is.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Visibility is easy.
Changing behavior is the hard part.

If your campaign is getting attention, but not changing behavior
